Please see below for the terms and conditions for our online and social promotions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

Please note that on all promotions and discounts only one offer can be claimed at one time. You are only able to use one discount code per order and we cannot apply codes retrospectively.

Please also note that if you are benefiting from a site-wide promotion you cannot claim a discount code as well.

Exchanges are not available. 

This includes offers such as 3 for 2, 2 for 1, buy 1 get 1 half price etc. 

• The cheapest item will be the item given to you at either half price or no cost (this is dependant on the applicable offer).
• This offer may be automatically applied at the checkout, or you may need to use a discount code.
• This offer cannot be used against items in our sale/clearance section.
• You can only redeem the multi-buy offer during the time of the promotion and not before or after.
• We reserve the right to amend the multi-buy offer terms and conditions from time to time, when we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Multi-buy Offer Returns:

• All products will revert to their full price once any items are returned.
• The total price of the garments you keep will be deducted off the price of your order.
• The difference will be refunded if applicable. Eg. If you bought one item for £36 and one for £20 (total cost of order £36), and returned the item for £20 you wouldn't recieve a refund, if you returned the item for £36 you would recieve a refund of £16.
• No other codes can be applied retrospectively if you choose to return an item.

This includes 2 for £55, 3 for £80 etc.

• The amount will be discounted from the total at the checkout.
• This offer cannot be used against items in our sale/clearance section.
• This offer may be automatically applied at the checkout, or you may need to use a discount code.
• You can only redeem the fixed price multi-buy offer during the time of the promotion and not before or after.
• we reserve the right to amend the fixed price multi-buy offer terms and conditions from time to time, when we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Fixed Price Multi-buy Offer Returns:

• All products revert to their full price once they are returned.
• The total price of the garments you keep will be deducted off the price of the order.
• The difference will be refunded if applicable. Eg. If you bought 2 items for £55(Normally £36 each) and you returned one item it would revert to its original price of £36, so you would receive a £19 refund.
• No other codes can be applied retrospectively if you choose to return an item.

This includes free scarf, necklace etc.

• Free items will only be added to your order during the time of the promotion and not before or after.
• The gift will be automatically added, you don't need to enter a code to claim this offer.
• The gift will be picked at random and cannot be chosen or exchanged.
• The promotion is subject to while stocks last.
• One free gift per order.
• We reserve the right to amend the free item terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Free Item With Your Order Returns:

• If you return your goods the free gift must be returned with the products as you no longer qualify for the promotion.
• If you choose not to return the gift we reserve the right to deduct the amount of the gift from your refund.
• The free gift is part of a promotion and carrys no retail value, it cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.
• No other codes can be applied retrospectively if you choose to return an item.

This includes sitewide discounts and discount codes.

• You can only use one code/discount per order.
• All discounts have expiry dates and may have limited use.
• Some discount codes and promotions will have restrictions on what they can be used on.
• You may have to spend over a certain amount for the discount to apply, or the code may only work on certain products or ranges.
• Discount codes will not work alongside site-wide discounts. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• If your code isn't working it may be invalid due to another promotion or expired.
• All discount codes have to be applied at the time of purchasing, if you attempt to apply or use a code after ordering it may not be possible.

Percentage discounts returns:

• If you return any items that you have received at a discounted price you will be refunded at the same discounted price.
• Our usual T's and C's will apply to any percentage discount sales, please see our returns policy for more information.
• No other codes can be applied retrospectively if you choose to return an item.

This includes free delivery sitewide and discount codes for free delivery. 

• The free delivery is for our standard postage only.
• This offer may be automatically applied at the checkout, or you may need to use a discount code.
• The offer is applicable for UK customer only.
• You can only redeem the offer during the time of the promotion and not before or after.
• We reserve the right to amend the offer terms and conditions from time to time, when we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Free Delivery Offer Returns

• No other codes can be applied retrospectively if you choose to return an item.

This includes vouchers you will receive in your delivered parcel or online, £10, £20 etc.

• You can redeem credit vouchers at the checkout when ordering online.
• You may need to enter a code at the checkout to redeem your voucher, this cannot be applied after.
  
• You may have to spend over a certain amount for the discount to apply eg. £20, and the code may only work on certain products or ranges.
• This offer cannot be used against items in our sale/clearance section.
• Please protect any voucher you recieve and treat it as cash, we cannot replace lost vouchers.
• Our credit vouchers have start and expiry dates and cannot be used on any date you desire.
• Credit vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, we cannot offer refunds on gift vouchers.
• Credit notes may have a limited use.
• We reserve the right to amend the credit voucher terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Credit voucher returns:

• If you return goods you have purchased using a credit voucher we cannot refund or credit this amount to your account. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• If you return an item(s) from your order and it brings the order value under the minimum spend of the offer, the amount you are refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
• No other codes can be applied retrospectively if you choose to return an item.

 This includes discount codes with a surprise percentage off.

• You can only use one code/discount per order.
• All codes have expiry dates and may have limited use.
• Some discount codes and promotions will have restrictions on what they can be used on.
• You may have to spend over a certain amount for the discount to apply, or the code may only work on certain products or ranges.
• The discount code will not work alongside site-wide discounts. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Spin to win returns:

• If you return any items that you have received at a discounted price you will be refunded at the same discounted price.

This includes percentage discounts off orders of certain values, with the percentage discount increasing when you spend more.

• You can only use one discount per order.
• This offer will have expiry dates and may have limited use.
• This discount cannot be applied to sale items.
• You will have to spend a certain amount for the discount to apply, this discount will increase the more you spend.
• This discount will not work alongside any other site-wide discounts. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• If the discount doesn't work it may be invalid due to another promotion or expired.
• If this offer is applied via a code it needs to be used at the time of purchasing, if you attempt to apply or use a code after ordering it may not be possible.
• We reserve the right to amend the buy more, save more terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and neccessary to do so.

Buy more, save more/shop and save returns:

• If you choose to return items for a refund your percentage discount will revert to a lower percentage, as you will have spent less. Eg. If you spend £120 and receive a 20% discount, but choose to return £40 worth of goods your order discount may revert to lower percentage of 15% and this will be applied when calculating your refund.
• No other codes can be applied retrospectively if you choose to return an item.

This is when you enter a prize draw to win your order back.

• The prize draw will be applicable to any orders placed during the time of the promotion which meet the price criteria per order.
• No code required unless stated.
• To enter you will just need to place one order at the price criteria amount or more.
• If you choose to place more orders this will count as extra entries into the prize draw.
• The winner(s) will be selected at random at the end of the promotion.
• The winner(s) will be contacted by the Kit and Kaboodal customer services team.
• We reserve the right to amend the  terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Win Your Order For Free Returns:

• If you win the prize draw and choose to return your goods you will be credited to your Kit and Kaboodal e-wallet for the item(s) you return.
• The free order is part of a promotion, it cannot be returned for a refund via card/credit card/ paypal or any other online payment.
